What makes Blessing Brush special?
At Blessing Brush, our Christian art is inspired by faith, Bible scripture, and God’s creation. Each piece is designed to glorify God and bring love, peace, and encouragement into your home.


2. Customer Service & Support

How can I contact you?
You can reach us anytime at our Contact Page.
We do our best to reply within 24 hours (business days), keeping time zones in mind. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


3. Product Questions & Shipping Info

How long does production and shipping take?

  • Production time: 2–7 business days
  • Shipping time (USA): 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, not including holidays)
  • International shipping: 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Orders after 12 PM Central Time process the next business day. Orders after 12 PM Friday process on Monday.

Will I get tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 1–3 business days for tracking to update.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and select international countries.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us — we will be happy to check if delivery is possible.

Holiday Shipping Reminder
During busy seasons such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, order processing and delivery may take a little longer due to high order volumes or courier delays. To ensure your purchase arrives on time for special occasions, we recommend ordering early and allowing extra time for production and shipping. Thank you for your understanding and support.


4. Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your favorite pieces to the cart, and follow checkout steps to complete your purchase securely.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?
As each artwork is made to order, we cannot change or cancel orders once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase. 


6. Replacements & Refunds

What is your policy for damaged or incorrect items?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace your item at no extra cost.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund to make it right.

Please note, we cannot offer returns or replacements for:

•    Change of mind
•    Incorrect size or frame color
•    Address errors
•    Buyer’s remorse

7. Product Quality & Care

What should I know about the art I receive?

  • Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor calibration and lighting.
  • Some artwork may contain artistic details, marks or textures, which are a natural part of the creative process.
  • Artwork placement may vary slightly depending on the size.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major Credit Cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
