Replacement & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Blessing Brush. Because items are custom made to order and brand new, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We only offer a replacement if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Each Blessing Brush artwork is created with great care. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Made to Order
Because every piece is custom made to order, so we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or frame color selection
- Address errors at checkout
- Mistakes made during checkout

Delivered Packages & Missing Items
We want to make sure your item reaches you safely! We track every single shipment closely.
If a package goes missing but the courier provides official proof of delivery (such as tracking confirmation, delivery coordinates, or a drop-off photo), we cannot offer a free replacement or a refund. In these rare instances, the package is considered successfully delivered to your address, and we are no longer responsible for it.
If your tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your box, we highly recommend checking around your property, speaking with neighbors, or contacting your local delivery office directly to see exactly where the carrier placed it.
